Is the package discreet?

Yes.
All of our products are shipped in completely discreet packaging, with no logos or references to the contents or our store. Our customers' privacy is our top priority.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Domestic Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days.

Express Shipping (if available): 24 to 48 hours.
We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used intimate products. Returns are only accepted if the product arrived defective or does not match your order.

Can I place an order as a gift or without a printed invoice?

Yes.
You can indicate at checkout if it's a gift. We don't include physical invoices in the package; only electronic ones via email. You can also write a personalized message if you'd like.
